Deliveries and Returns

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach you.

Standard delivery charges:

£2.95 - for orders of £14.99 and under
£4.95 - for orders of £15.00 and over

Please note that delivery charges are per order not per item.

Postage & packing charges for the Republic of Ireland are the same as the rest of the UK, please select the UK option when placing your order.

Please email us for details of delivery charges for EU countries and rest of world.

We want to make sure you love the products you receive. We will always try our very hardest to ensure items reach you in perfect condition and within the given timescale.

Returning items

If you are not fully satisfied with your goods you can return it to us within 14 days, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange your item. Please ensure you use the original packaging and we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. If we find the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

It is recommended that you return the goods to us by special delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that have got lost or damaged in the post. Postage costs will not be refunded, but, If you exchange the item then the postage for the replacement will be free. We cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been altered in any way.
